Michael P. Kavanaugh
Born in Richmond, Virginia, on October 13, 1966. In 1989, Michael graduated with honors from the University of Windsor, Canada, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit and was admitted into the bar in 1992. Since 1996 he has been a managing partner of Mihelich and Kavanaugh, PLC.

Andrea L. Avery
Born in Rochester, Michigan, on March 15, 1976. Andrea graduated from Walsh College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance. She was admitted to the bar in 2003 after she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Joseph E. Mihelich
Born in Detroit, Michigan, on October 5, 1928. Joseph graduated from the University of Michigan (1948) and Detroit College of Law, where he attained his Juris Doctor, and was admitted to the bar in Michigan (1951). He also attended Virginia Law School (1952). He is the senior partner and founder of Mihelich and Kavanaugh, PLC. He obtained licenses for all Michigan courts, all federal courts (including 6th Circuit Court of Appeals), the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Veteran Appeals. Joseph retired from his law practice in 2002 but not without leaving behind a long list of accomplishments.
